Gabriella is a Vegan Hospitality Consultant in San Antonio, Texas and a Restaurant Coordinator with Texas Eats Green. With several years of management experience, Gabriella has supported a local Vegan Fast Food Restaurant chain with the opening of five locations, including hiring, staff development, inventory management and training on vegan ingredients and customer satisfaction. 

As a consultant, she provides services in menu evaluation, staff training, recipe development, product sourcing, cooking demos, education and ongoing support for businesses and individuals looking to incorporate more plants into their menu or diet. She is passionate about making plant based options easily accessible for her community. She enjoys working with clients who are open to expanding their palates and minds to the range of benefits of plant forward meals. Over the past six years, she has seen the landscape of hospitality rapidly shift to accommodate a vegan diet and works to accelerate this change by supporting businesses that are ready to add complete and delicious plant based meals to their menus.  

In 2021, Gabriella found herself advocating for her plant based diet during a three month hospital stay. By effectively communicating her dietary requirements to the hospital’s kitchen, it allowed their staff to develop a variety of satisfying, nutrient dense plant based options. Providing this insight not only supported her individual recovery but also impacted their ability to accommodate other plant based patients in the future. As a result, she discovered her passion for educating her community, not just on what a vegan diet consisted of but also the benefits it offers to our health, the planet and the injustices in our society. She is passionate about creating a healthy food environment for San Antonio residents.
